Tongtai gets Taiwan's first certified part-specific AM process under Qualified AM

Tongtai Machine & Tool has received the first certified additive manufacturing part-specific process in Taiwan under the Qualified AM certification scheme. The route was audited and certified for a critical component, aimed at the semiconductor industry and other regulated segments. Qualified AM describes it as a step toward more qualified AM production from Taiwan.

Context A part-specific process certification covers the production route for one defined component, rather than only proving that a machine and material run stably in general.
