Additive Assurance shows AMiRIS in-situ monitoring for metal AM at Formnext
Australian vendor Additive Assurance will present its AMiRIS platform at Formnext 2026 in Frankfurt, running 17 to 20 November. The system targets in-situ monitoring of metal builds, aiming to ease the quality checks after printing, such as computed tomography and other non-destructive testing, that can delay production release. Only a teaser was available, so details of the platform are not yet confirmed.
Context In-situ monitoring means measuring the build process while the part is being printed, instead of inspecting the finished part afterwards.
